"I have recently participated in Open Contracting Community Call: COVID19 & Emergency Response procurement, where 150 procurement practitioners from countries around the world talked about promising approaches they’re seeing for keeping procurement fast, transparent and impactful. I think there are a lot of good practices and experiences that our policy makers should learn from. The authorities from the Republic of Moldova have to make sure that transparency is also included in emergency procurement and data must be available for citizens as soon as possible to avoid losing key information and be able to hold suppliers accountable.
