"Reviving the regional development between Chisinau and Tiraspol", "Prospects of solving the Transnistrian conflict in a changing regional", "The educational systems on both sides of the Dniester: differences and common points" and "The implementation of the DCFTA in Transnistria: progress or just rhetoric" are four studies launched by IDIS Viitorul.

"Moldova is at the beginning of the road and has a positive dynamics in implementing the regional development policy. The results achieved have not produced yet, major changes in the socio-economic level discrepancies between regions. But regional development grows and expands into new areas and regions. However, Moldova is not yet attractive enough for citizens from the left bank of the Dniester”, explained Liubomir Chiriac, author of the publication "Reviving regional development between Chisinau and Tiraspol".

Regarding education system, Ion Tabirta claims that after the collapse of the Soviet Union, legislation and regulations governing the educational systems of the Republic of Moldova and of the so-called Transnistrian Moldovan Republic (TMR) have been adopted. In building its education system, Chisinau preferred to go with gaps and weaknesses in the way of building a European-style education. On the left bank of the Dniester, developments in the education system have gone through two stages. The first stage, the 90s, was characterized by the preservation of Soviet education system. In the second stage, from 2003, it was passed to the massive takeover, even mechanical, of the educational system of the Russian Federation.

Veaceslav Berbeca, which was referred to the solutions on the Transnistrian conflict has stated that: "Chisinau should insist on a change of logic stages of negotiating the conflict imposed by the Russian Federation that avoids discussing the status of the Russian army in the region before the political settlement of the conflict. It is necessary to co-opt more active the Ukraine in the "5 + 2" format in order to have the support of state on issues discussed. In this case, we consider that a common sustained position will decrease Russia's insistence on imposing certain predetermined situations of conflicts in Transnistria and Donbas".

"In the domestic political context with election ballots and complicated regional situation, the situation can be characterized as "zugzwang" in which every actor is waiting for the other's movement. In all probability, the roadmap is only a temporary compromise to unblock the situation in which Chisinau with the EU and Tiraspol found themselves following the signing of AA", concluded Valentin Lozovanu, author of the study "The implementation of the DCFTA in Transnistria: progress or just rhetoric".
