Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDIS) "Viitorul" announces competition for the selection of public procurement experts to develop „Developing a Guide (step-by- step) on the procedures for preparing and submitting a complaint in public procurement which ensure the compliance with good governance principles in public sector”.
In the project «Cutting edge improvements in the public procurement system in Moldova through inclusiveness, creativity and law-abiding practices», funded by the EU through the Civil Society Strengthening Program in the Monitoring of Budget Support Operations and co-funded by the Hanns Seidel - Republic of Moldova Foundation, the Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDIS) "Viitorul" is looking for public procurement experts.
Two public procurement experts will elaborate, in Romanian, a "Guide on procedures for preparing and submitting complaints in the field of public procurement that will ensure compliance with the principles of good governance in the public sector". The full announcement can be downloaded here.
