The purpose of the event is to launch discussions on the salary situation of scientific and teaching staff in higher education in the Republic of Moldova, on the background of the social and economic problems faced by this professional category, as well as identifying smart and viable solutions to mitigate the increase in the wage pressure from this field.
One of the constitutive elements that determines the quality of the teaching process is satisfaction with the workplace and the level of income / salary. However, these reported to the poor economic situation in the country generate major discontent among employees in education and science.
