Representatives of civil society organizations from the Republic of Moldova are welcome to participate in a new capacity development program in the field of public procurement monitoring and the use of public money. The program is part of the project "Cutting edge improvements in the public procurement system in the Republic of Moldova through inclusiveness, creativity and law-abiding practices", funded by EU through the Civil Society Strengthening Program to monitor budget support operations. The project is implemented by the Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDIS) "Viitorul".

Topics discussed in the workshop are:

- Presentation of Civil Procurement Monitoring Tool: "Red Flags";

- the stage of planning and elaboration of the awarding documentation;

- the stage of launching the procurement procedure and the submission of tenders,

- presenting examples and case studies;
