Representatives of civil society organizations from the Republic of Moldova are welcome to participate in a new capacity development program in the field of public procurement monitoring and the use of public money. The program is part of the project "Cutting edge improvements in the public procurement system in the Republic of Moldova through inclusiveness, creativity and law-abiding practices", funded by EU through the Civil Society Strengthening Program to monitor budget support operations. The project is implemented by the Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDIS) "Viitorul".

Topics discussed in the workshop are:

- functioning of the National Agency for Solving Complaints;

- the right to appeal: terms and conditions for appeals;

- procedure for examination and resolution of appeals;

-organizing appeals and advertising rules;

- decision to settle appeals and remedies of the decision in the instant

- analysis of practical cases to solve the appeals and decisions taken
