Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDIS) "Viitorul" announces competition for the selection of public procurement experts to develop „Design a field-tailored Module of Training for civil servants specialized in public procurement”.

Within the project «Cutting edge improvements in the public procurement system in Moldova through inclusiveness, creativity and law-abiding practices», funded by the EU through the Civil Society Strengthening Program in monitoring budget support operations and co-funded by the Hanns Seidel - Republic of Moldova Foundation, the Viitorul Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDIS) is looking for public procurement experts.

Two public procurement experts will elaborate, in Romanian "The Guide for Public Procurement for Contracting Authorities". The full announcement can be downloaded here.
