Transparency and access to data on public procurement. Electronic public procurement.

Representatives of civil society organizations from the Republic of Moldova are welcome to participate in a new capacity development program in the field of public procurement monitoring and the use of public money. The program is part of the project "Cutting edge improvements in the public procurement system in the Republic of Moldova through inclusiveness, creativity and law-abiding practices", funded by EU through the Civil Society Strengthening Program to monitor budget support operations. The project is implemented by the Institute for Development and Social Initiatives (IDIS) "Viitorul".

Topics discussed in the workshop are:

- rules of communication and transparency of procurement by contracting authorities;

- the functioning of the SIA RSAP system, the collection and analysis of data available in the system;

- the information and data published on the AAP page - procurement notices, procedures, procurement contracts;

- information requested at the request of civil society;

- access to information and data sources for the monitoring process; collecting and analyzing data on purchases;

- analyzing case studies and best practices on ensuring transparency of procurement by authorities

- the functioning of electronic purchasing systems and the impact on the efficiency of procurement;

- presentation of the electronic procurement system - Mtender;

- presentation of other portal and data sources on purchases - opencontracting, openmoney.md, etc .;
